Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The main objective of this role is to design, develop, and manage WordPress websites that align with our brand’s mission. This role involves creating user-friendly and visually appealing website layouts, incorporating functionalities that enhance user engagement, and ensuring our digital presence reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features and functionality for our WordPress sites.
• Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the site’s content and layout meet our marketing needs.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure website security by implementing best practices and regular updates.
• Conduct website performance tests, troubleshoot content issues, and monitor the website’s traffic.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin manipulation, and database management.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in WordPress development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

Location and Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• 2.5-4 LPA. Based on your experience/Knowledge.
